The Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union branch in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, has undergone a comprehensive modernization to enhance customer service and improve the workplace environment for employees. A striking pyramid-shaped skylight has been installed in the main hall ceiling, allowing natural light to illuminate the 1,775-square-foot main floor. This area now features new employee booths, a customer waiting lounge, and updated cashier stations. On the mezzanine level, a fully equipped meeting room has been added, offering a clear view of the main floor through interior glass panels. The renovated basement now includes dedicated employee facilities, such as a kitchen with a dining area, a changing room, and a bathroom, creating a more functional and comfortable space for staff.

The proposed fuel dispenser is to be installed at the new fueling site located in New York. It is part of the site’s broader fuel distribution system and is designed to meet current safety, operational, and environmental standards as set by state and federal regulations.
The proposed fueling system will be located at the existing retail site in New York and is planned as an expansion to current operations. The new installation will consist of:
Four (4) fuel dispensers to accommodate increased customer demand and improve fueling efficiency.
Two (2) underground storage tanks, each with a capacity of 10,000 gallons, to support adequate fuel supply and ensure continuous operation.
A new canopy structure, providing weather protection for both equipment and customers, and enhancing the overall site appearance and functionality.

Located in Manhattan, NY, this three-story office space was renovated to suit the needs of the National Hockey League. The three floors were connected by a central interior staircase. Each floor features newly created private offices, while open areas with workstation cubicles are strategically placed in the center between the private offices and the main core. Multiple conference rooms were designed along the exterior walls to maximize access to natural light.

The pre-existing wooden framework underwent a comprehensive transformation, incorporating a state-of-the-art fireproof structure to adhere to the latest code mandates. A large elevated deck, located above the garage, offers unobstructed sightlines of the natural scenery and serves as a central outdoor living space.
The home's layout is inverted, placing the main living areas—including an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room—on the second floor to take advantage of the elevated perspective. Following a substantial renovation of the existing structure, seamless integration of two-story extensions, housing the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor will take place. The existing house will consist spacious living room with access to the kitchen, and two bedrooms with bathrooms on upper floor.
The exterior will be adorned with EIFS stucco finishes, complemented by a resilient metal roof. The incorporation of foam insulation and double-panel wood windows is strategically employed to enhance both the aesthetics and modernize the overall appearance of this old house.

This 5,000-square-foot restaurant in Pocono, Pennsylvania, was designed by merging two existing buildings and incorporating a proposed octagonal tower between them to create a cohesive and functional space. The one-story building, housing the main restaurant, will undergo a complete renovation, featuring new windows, doors, finishes, kitchen appliances, a bar with seating, and updated bathrooms.
The adjacent two-story building, originally containing living spaces with a kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, will be repurposed to accommodate dining rooms across both floors. A reception area and customer waiting lounge are proposed to connect the two buildings, creating a seamless transition between them.
The restaurant's main entrance will be accessible from the main road, with additional access provided via a parking lot located at the rear. To unify the structures, both the existing buildings and the newly added central area will be clad in identical materials, creating a harmonious architectural design.

The "Baltic" sports and recreation complex, conceived as a Master's Degree project, is an architectural endeavor situated along the Baltic Sea, offering a multifaceted design intended for year-round use. Comprising two distinct buildings, the first, a meticulously restored historical edifice dating back to 1910, will house an array of amenities, including hotel accommodations, meeting rooms, and a refined restaurant.
The second building, seamlessly integrated with the original structure on the first floor, is a contemporary addition featuring two ground-floor swimming pools and hotel rooms across its upper levels. The recreation pool, distinguished by a central island and a curated bar, coexists with a professional-grade pool. These aquatic elements are ingeniously linked by a water wall, facilitating fluid movement for swimmers traversing between them.
Notably, the design emphasizes versatility, with the walls of the professional pool designed to fully open during the summer months, allowing the invigorating sea breeze to permeate the space.
