Situated on a corner lot adjacent to pastoral farmland in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania, this two-story, 2500 square feet timber structure residence is presently undergoing a comprehensive transformation.
Following a substantial renovation of the existing structure, seamless integration of two-story extensions, housing the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor will take place. The existing house will consist spacious living room with access to the kitchen, and two bedrooms with bathrooms on upper floor.
The exterior will be adorned with EIFS stucco finishes, complemented by a resilient metal roof. The incorporation of foam insulation and double-panel wood windows is strategically employed to enhance both the aesthetics and modernize the overall appearance of this old house.

The pre-existing wooden framework underwent a comprehensive transformation, incorporating a state-of-the-art fireproof structure to adhere to the latest code mandates. This upgrade facilitates a seamless transition from a two-story configuration to a refined and compliant four-story design.
On the first floor, one-bedroom apartments seamlessly connect to the rear landscape, while the upper floors house four two-bedroom apartments with balcony access. All apartments are equipped with modern kitchens and bathrooms, with the penthouse unit featuring luxurious amenities. The terrace provides a captivating view of the surrounding buildings.

The office area will provide a diverse array of workspaces, including private offices, shared workspaces, dedicated desks, full-floor offices, small and large conference rooms, quiet rooms, and a gym with a swimming pool. The two-story 1100 SF apartment, situated in the heart of Manhattan, required a complete overhaul to cater to new residents.
The upper level underwent a significant transformation, with the kitchen being relocated to create a modern and luxurious space adjacent to the living and dining areas. Additionally, a new bedroom was added next to a newly designed three-fixture bathroom.
The lower level of the apartment now features a lavish Master suite, complete with a spacious walk-in closet and an opulent four-fixture bathroom.
This renovation aimed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics, providing a sophisticated living environment for its inhabitants."

The project entails the refurbishment of the existing two-story single-family, 3000 SF concrete masonry unit (CMU) building, with the primary objective of imparting a modern aesthetic while enhancing energy efficiency. In pursuit of this goal, two balconies were removed from the front façade. Additionally, a roofed terrace has been strategically added to the rear of the structure, providing occupants with an inviting space to appreciate the outdoor environment.
To further refine the visual appeal, the lower level of the residence will feature a stucco finish in a darker hue, while the upper floor will showcase a light gray color of Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) stucco. The latter will be artfully adorned with darker stucco elements, harmonizing with the lower level and preventing monotony in the façade design. This meticulous combination of colors and materials not only contributes to the contemporary aesthetic but also ensures a nuanced and sophisticated exterior presentation.

The Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union branch in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, has undergone a comprehensive modernization to enhance customer service and improve the workplace environment for employees. A striking pyramid-shaped skylight has been installed in the main hall ceiling, allowing natural light to illuminate the 1,775-square-foot main floor. This area now features new employee booths, a customer waiting lounge, and updated cashier stations. On the mezzanine level, a fully equipped meeting room has been added, offering a clear view of the main floor through interior glass panels. The renovated basement now includes dedicated employee facilities, such as a kitchen with a dining area, a changing room, and a bathroom, creating a more functional and comfortable space for staff.

This 5,000-square-foot restaurant in Pocono, Pennsylvania, was designed by merging two existing buildings and incorporating a proposed octagonal tower between them to create a cohesive and functional space. The one-story building, housing the main restaurant, will undergo a complete renovation, featuring new windows, doors, finishes, kitchen appliances, a bar with seating, and updated bathrooms.
The adjacent two-story building, originally containing living spaces with a kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms, will be repurposed to accommodate dining rooms across both floors. A reception area and customer waiting lounge are proposed to connect the two buildings, creating a seamless transition between them.
The restaurant's main entrance will be accessible from the main road, with additional access provided via a parking lot located at the rear. To unify the structures, both the existing buildings and the newly added central area will be clad in identical materials, creating a harmonious architectural design.

Multiple conference rooms were designed along the exterior walls to maximize access to natural light.

The "Baltic" sports and recreation complex, conceived as a Master's Degree project, is an architectural endeavor situated along the Baltic Sea, offering a multifaceted design intended for year-round use. Comprising two distinct buildings, the first, a meticulously restored historical edifice dating back to 1910, will house an array of amenities, including hotel accommodations, meeting rooms, and a refined restaurant.
The second building, seamlessly integrated with the original structure on the first floor, is a contemporary addition featuring two ground-floor swimming pools and hotel rooms across its upper levels. The recreation pool, distinguished by a central island and a curated bar, coexists with a professional-grade pool. These aquatic elements are ingeniously linked by a water wall, facilitating fluid movement for swimmers traversing between them.
Notably, the design emphasizes versatility, with the walls of the professional pool designed to fully open during the summer months, allowing the invigorating sea breeze to permeate the space. This thoughtful integration of historical restoration, modern architecture, and aquatic innovation characterizes the "Baltic" complex as a distinctive and forward-thinking contribution to recreational and hospitality environments.
