The 13,500 SF mansion completed in 2016 stands as an exemplary showcase of architectural mastery, effortlessly integrating with its esteemed surroundings.

Upon entering through the main foyer, the two-story great room is adorned with wooden elements that immediately captivate attention.

This expansive area seamlessly connects to both the living room and the main dining room, then later reminiscent of a refined library, entirely crafted from exquisite handmade wooden elements. The living room serves as the quintessence of the overall house aesthetic, featuring bespoke furniture and a captivating fireplace, a sanctuary where one can relax with a refined beverage, complemented by the harmonious strains of classical music emanating from the ebony fortepiano.

Tall floor-to-floor windows expand the living room space, creating a seamless connection between this room and the large outdoor terrace. The terrace, appointed with a fire pit and grill, offers an idyllic place to unwind.

The Master bedroom on the upper level serves as a sanctuary, offering an unobstructed view of the landscape and boasting an elegant marble fireplace. The accompanying master bathroom exudes luxury, featuring a polished marble spa shower and soaking tab.

I was responsible for the design of a two-story addition and comprehensive renovation of an existing two-story masonry mansion with two attics. My role included the meticulous preparation of construction drawings, encompassing plans, elevations, sections, and detailed specifications. This work was executed during my tenure at SEI PC.
