Situated within a sylvan setting 110 miles from New York City, located in Parkville, NYS, this two-story (6900 SF) wood frame residence epitomizes the Kul-Art concept. Meticulously designed for an artist seeking a serene haven for both artistic creation and exhibition, the dwelling seamlessly integrates with its forested surroundings. The architectural layout encompasses a spacious living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, an indulgent master suite, multiple bedrooms, and bathrooms. The residence is envisioned as a welcoming space for fellow art creators to engage in contemplative discussions about their craft, all while immersing themselves in the tranquility of nature.
