Located in Manhattan, NY, this three-story office space was renovated to suit the needs of the National Hockey League. The three floors were connected by a central interior staircase. Each floor features newly created private offices, while open areas with workstation cubicles are strategically placed in the center between the private offices and the main core. Multiple conference rooms were designed along the exterior walls to maximize access to natural light.

TASK

Preparation of comprehensive construction documents based on the designer's concepts, including demolition plans, construction layouts, reflected ceiling and, electrical plans, furniture and finish plans, partition details, and schedules for doors and hardware.
