Situated in the picturesque town of Wingdale, New York, the one-story "L" shape office building spanning approximately 6400 square feet stands as a testament to modern architectural excellence. This contemporary structure has been meticulously designed to cater to the diverse needs of its occupants, creating an environment that fosters collaboration and enhances the overall educational experience.

The Main Lounge Room serves as the central gathering point, featuring an inviting and open layout that encourages spontaneous interactions and idea-sharing. This communal space is complemented by multiple meeting rooms strategically incorporated throughout the building, each equipped with state-of-the-art technology and flexible seating arrangements. These meeting rooms are designed to facilitate both formal discussions and informal brainstorming sessions, promoting meaningful interactions among occupants.

Under the supervision of licensed architect K.K., I undertook the meticulous preparation of permit documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards. This involved
