A striking pyramid-shaped skylight has been installed in the main hall ceiling, allowing natural light to illuminate the 1,775-square-foot main floor. This area now features new employee booths, a customer waiting lounge, and updated cashier stations. On the mezzanine level, a fully equipped meeting room has been added, offering a clear view of the main floor through interior glass panels. The renovated basement now includes dedicated employee facilities, such as a kitchen with a dining area, a changing room, and a bathroom, creating a more functional and comfortable space for staff.

The home is oriented to capture sweeping mountain vistas, with a dramatic elevated deck above the garage serving as a central outdoor living oasis and framing unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape.
The residence embraces an inverted layout, placing the main living areas on the upper level to maximize light, privacy, and panoramic perspectives. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living spaces flow effortlessly, creating an elevated environment for both relaxation and entertaining. This level also houses two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, thoughtfully designed to balance privacy and functionality. My role in this project encompassed design development and the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation. The pre-existing wooden framework underwent a comprehensive transformation, incorporating a state-of-the-art fireproof structure to adhere to the latest code mandates. This upgrade facilitates a seamless transition from a two-story configuration to a refined and compliant four-story design.
On the first floor, one-bedroom apartments seamlessly connect to the rear landscape, while the upper floors house four two-bedroom apartments with balcony access. All apartments are equipped with modern kitchens and bathrooms, with the penthouse unit featuring luxurious amenities. The terrace provides a captivating view of the surrounding buildings.

Situated on a corner lot adjacent to pastoral farmland in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania, this two-story, 2500 square feet timber structure residence is presently undergoing a comprehensive transformation.
Following a substantial renovation of the existing structure, seamless integration of two-story extensions, housing the kitchen and dining room on the ground floor, and the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor will take place. The existing house will consist spacious living room with access to the kitchen, and two bedrooms with bathrooms on upper floor.
The exterior will be adorned with EIFS stucco finishes, complemented by a resilient metal roof. The incorporation of foam insulation and double-panel wood windows is strategically employed to enhance both the aesthetics and modernize the overall appearance of this old house.

A sculptural octagonal tower elegantly bridges the one-story and two-story structures, creating a seamless dialogue between old and new.
The main one-story dining hall is fully revitalized with expansive windows, refined finishes, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a sleek bar, and thoughtfully updated bathrooms—an inviting blend of comfort and sophistication. The adjoining two-story building, once residential, now houses elevated dining experiences across both floors, with a reception area and lounge connecting the spaces in a graceful, fluid transition.
Guests enter from the main road or via a rear parking lot, greeted by a cohesive architectural palette that unites the historic structures and new addition through matching cladding and harmonious proportions. The result is a restaurant that is both visually compelling and functionally exceptional—a contemporary statement of design that elevates every dining experience.
